Sources: Vancouver Parts Ways with Capsidal
After another disappointing opening two stages for the Vancouver Surge, it appears they are going back to the drawing board by releasing Kenyen "Capsidal" Sutton after just one stage with the team.

Sources indicate they will move Isaiah "Gwinn" Gwinn back to the SMG role and are searching for an AR to replace Capsidal. Some fans have argued that this role switch should've been made earlier in the season, rather than bringing Capsidal on board, but they wanted to give Gwinn more time to get accustomed to the AR.
Another potential option is to move Thomas "TJHaLy" Haly to the flex position and acquire a new SMG to partner with Gwinn. There have been discussions in the past about a possible role swap between TJHaLy and Gwinn to spark the roster. With two weeks until the return of the Call of Duty League, Surge will have time to trial players & potentially have additional roster changes in the coming days.
