Here is the complete list of camos that can be unlocked for the Knife, along with all of the challenges required to earn them.
Campaign
Military Camos: Get 250 kills
Cinder: Get 100 Eliminations with the Knife at Rare Rarity or higher
Caiman: Get 50 kills shortly after sprinting
Network: Eliminate 50 Guild Tech enemies
Molten Gold: Eliminate 20 Special enemies
Moonstone: 100 Zone III or Zone IV enemies in the Endgame
Chroma Flux: Eliminate 10 Elite enemies in Endgame
Genesis: Get Chroma Flux on 30 weapons
Multiplayer
Military Camos: Get 80 Kills
Diamondback: Get 15 kills shortly after switching weapons
Raptor: Get a kill with the Knife while or shortly after sliding, diving, or wall-jumping 15 times
Mainframe: Get a kill without taking any damage 30 times
Shattered Gold: Get 3 Kills without dying 10 times
Arclight: Get 10 Double Kills or better
Tempest: 5 kills without dying 3 times
Singularity: Get Tempest on 30 weapons
Zombies
Military Camos: 1,000 Eliminations
Mutilate: Get 300 Eliminations with the Knife while it's Pack-A-Punched
Slither: With the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, get 300 eliminations
Pathfinder: Get 100 Kills shortly after using a Field Upgrade
Golden Dragon: Get 10 Kills rapidly 15 times
Bloodstone: Get 20 or more consecutive kills without taking damage 5 times
Doomsteel: Get 10 Elite Zombie Kills
Infestation: Get Doomsteel on 30 weapons
