At the beginning of the season, only one non-Saudi Arabian rookie was signed to a Call of Duty League team, and he was merely a substitute. However, as the season has progressed, we have seen some outstanding young talent emerge, alongside a few who haven't performed as well.
Coming in 6th: Noah "Lunarz" Whillock
Lunarz was one of the first players picked up from Challengers this season, having impressed with OMiT early on. He came in with high expectations, but unfortunately, he struggled to meet them early on. At his first CDL event, he recorded a 0.82 K/D, and the team did not improve following the departure of Cesar "Skyz" Bueno.

Shortly after, the LA Guerrillas M8 made another roster change by bringing in Lunarz's former challenger teammate, Tyler "FeLo" Johnson. The two had experienced significant success earlier in the year, and the idea behind this move was to help Lunarz reach his full potential. While the roster change hasn't resulted in improved team performance, Lunarz has shown a slight improvement in his individual performance, especially at his last event, where he achieved a 1.09 K/D.
As for Lunarz's future with the upcoming Esports World Cup and the next year's CDL season, it remains uncertain. Perhaps this opportunity came a bit too early for the young player, and spending more time developing in Challengers could benefit him greatly.
Here are Lunarz's full stats in the Call of Duty League:
○ Hardpoint K/D: 0.91
○ SND K/D: 1.08
○ Control K/D: 0.91
